I think it dropped out of the news because many people interpreted it as a nichtsbürger, whipped up by the German government and security forces as an excuse to crack down on protesters when the blackouts and gas rationing start after Christmas.

There is no basis in Ontario labour law or fact for their redundancy. The me too movement has demonstrated that NDAs signed under duress are reprehensible. Yes there is complexity in the situation. But there is a simple remedy that would help restore the careers of four good museum professionals and possibly the Gallery as well.
